Agreement

By using Sektogram, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Sektogram.

Your account

You are responsible for your sign-in credentials and for all activity on your account. Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• • Use Sektogram for any illegal purpose
• • Abuse or harass other users or the service itself
• • Attempt to break security or gain unauthorized access
• • Spam or send unsolicited messages through connected mail accounts

Your content

Your content stays yours. You grant us permission to process it only to run the service for you—for example, to search your files in the Company Brain or to run your agents.

AI output

AI-generated output can be inaccurate or wrong. Always check important results before relying on them.

Agents and email

Agents act on your instructions. When sending mail:

• • By default, the agent will ask for your approval before sending
• • A workspace admin can turn on autosend, allowing agents to send without approval
• • You are responsible for any mail sent on your behalf

Third-party services

Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Outlook, and other services you connect fall under their own terms of service. We are not responsible for their data practices or availability.

Plans and billing

We offer:

• • A free plan with 10 messages per month
• • Paid plans billed monthly or annually through Paddle, our merchant of record

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using Sektogram and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers

Sektogram is provided "as is" without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the service is uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, to the extent the law allows.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms anytime. We will post a new effective date and notify you of material changes by email.
